The SPHN Annual Report 2025 is online 

The Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) presents its Annual Report 2025 and looks back on a transformative year. After nine years of national investment, SPHN now provides a mature, interoperable, and secure health data infrastructure that enables multi‑center collaborative research at a scale and quality previously not possible in Switzerland. With the ERI Dispatch 2025-2028 recognizing SPHN as a national competence and coordination center, SPHN is evolving into a sustainable, service‑oriented research infrastructure for the trustworthy secondary use of health data.  

The report offers a clear overview of SPHN’s activities and achievements over the past year. It highlights how SPHN continues to provide the national framework and coordination needed to access, combine and reuse high‑quality health data across institutions - including shared semantic standards, secure and interoperable data integration platforms, a trusted research environment (BioMedIT), and aligned governance.
