Community survey: Tell us where you would set priorities for new data domains

The Swiss Personalized Health Network has launched a community survey to define priorities for upcoming extensions of its Semantic Interoperability Framework. We look forward to your input.

The SPHN Semantic Interoperability Framework is a core component of the network that makes interoperability of health data in SPHN possible. It provides a graph-based, machine- and human-readable semantic layer which helps to ensure that health data can be shared and interpreted unambiguously across institutions, systems, countries, and time.

As the framework keeps constantly evolving, SPHN seeks community input to identify emerging or under-represented fields of interest and assess opportunities to extend and improve existing data domains.

All SPHN stakeholders and interested parties are encouraged to participate in the online survey.

By completing the survey, you help shape the scope and focus of future releases of the SPHN Semantic Interoperability Framework and thus what health data will be able to be made interoperable in the future. Let us know where you would set your priorities for data domains and improved interoperability!

Take the survey

Deadline: 15. August 2025.

Thank you in advance to all participants for helping to shape the future of semantic interoperability in Swiss health research!
